UX Designer

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for UX projects from beginning to end. You will get the requirements from Product Managers, help refine them, create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and support developers in delivering the final product.

Your fellow designers will rely on you to:

Bridge the gap between initial insights and tangible concepts
Make sense of complex systems and represent them in simplified models
Identify the right interaction patterns to apply in each context
Collaborate fluidly with other designers and developers On a typical project you will:
Understand the goals, business requirements and constraints for the project
Help to translate business requirements into user stories
Design wireframes and user flows
Create and demo interactive prototypes (test, iterate, rinse, repeat)
Document interaction guidelines
Prioritise MVP features and build a backlog
Collaborate with development and QA teams on delivering a successful product in an agile environment

Minimum Qualifications

Experience working in a small company/startup
5+ years of professional experience designing complex Enterprise products

Other Requirements

Highly developed design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work
Confident presentation and storytelling abilities
Experience collaborating in multifunctional remote teams across different geographies.
Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma), component libraries and design systems
(Painstaking) attention to details
Solid understanding of contemporary HTML and CSS best practices
