Customer Success Engineers


Providing pre and post sales technical support, via email or telephony, to customer & partners on SASE/ZTA deployments
Provide fault analysis and troubleshooting of customer issues
Should simulate the customer issues in lab
Should contribute to the knowledge-based system
Collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional team:

Minimum Qualifications

5-6 years of experience with a BE/B.Tech. or higher degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent

Other Requirements

Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience working in a customer-facing role
Good understanding of IP networking/routing, DHCP/DNS and Security fundamentals such as Firewalls, Proxies, and Web Security Gateways.
Familiarity with Network Architectures and network routing concepts
Must have knowledge of AWS services, Linux, XML, Bash, Python, REST API.
Knowledge of network automation & analysis tools like Ansible, Terraform or equivalent is required.
Must be comfortable working in a VMware environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail.
Having one or more of the following certifications would be preferred – CISSP, CCIE/CCNA/CCSP
