JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job Title : Business Developer
Experience : 2- 8 years
Location : Bangalore
Educational Qualifications : BE/B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Developer with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in Business to Corporate (B2C) environments. The ideal candidate will have international experience, with a focus on the USA market, and possess excellent cold calling and inside sales skills. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to work late nights until 12 AM IST to accommodate communication with clients in different time zones, and should have a good command of English with a USA or UK accent.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business prospects in the international market, especially in the USA
Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients in the IT/software industry
Utilize cold calling and inside sales techniques to generate new business opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation strategies
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Working closely with the Director – Global Sales/business owner on a business growth strategy and then devising an action plan with goals and objectives

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on Business to Corporate (B2C) environments within the IT or software industry
Must have IT industry experience.
International experience, particularly in the USA market, is highly desirable.
Strong cold calling and inside sales abilities.
Good to have experience selling ERP, Salesforce, Data analytics etc.
Willingness to work late nights until 12 AM IST for communication with clients in different time zones.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
